Automotive and Appliance Blanks

Airam's Blanking press are used in the automotive, appliance and HVAC industries. Coil material from the uncoiler goes through a straightener, loop control, feed system entering into the Airam Press which stamps a configured blank onto a conveyor exiting the machine. Scrap material can exit on conveyors sideways from either side.

 

The precise Airam guiding is achieved by precision bronze bushings and hardened guide pins. The shutheight has a large easily adjustable range.
