trade and bank references. All references
given will be investigated promptly and shipment
made with as little delay as possible.
Machinery
Terms: 40% upon acceptance of order,
50% prior to shipment, 10% net 30 days.
All prices and specifications are subject
to change without notice. Shipping terms
are FOB manufacturer's facility.
Spare
Parts Terms: Net 30 days. A comprehensive
stock of spare parts is carried in inventory
for prompt shipment. Same day shipment on
spare parts is available in most cases. Individual
parts list of our various models are also
available upon request.
